Jeffrey R. Cohen

Mr. Cohen received his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1971. He is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Tax Court.

Jeffrey has written and lectured on matters of interest to the matrimonial bench and bar, including the grounds for divorce in New York, domestic violence, and the use of liens in legal fee disputes. He is a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association, where he has served on the Legislative Committee of the Family Law Section, and the American Bar Association. Jeffrey’s interests include travel and mountain climbing.

Glenn S. Goldstein

Mr. Goldstein received his J.D. degree from Villanova Law School, graduating cum laude in 1980. He wrote for and edited the Law Review, was elected to membership in the Order of the Coif, and received The Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Trial Advocacy Award and The James Rinaldi Award. He is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Ninth and Federal Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Glenn is a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he has served on the Science and Law Committee, and is a member of the Association of Family & Conciliation Courts. He practices matrimonial and family law, and handles other civil litigation matters as well. Glenn’s interests include physics, astronomy and fly fishing.

Steven M. Silpe

Mr. Silpe is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He received his J.D. degree from Pace University Law School in 1980. He is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts.

Steve is a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York County Lawyers' Association, and the New York State Bar Association, where he has served on the Interdisciplinary Forum on Mental Health and Family Law of the Family Law Section. He has taught family law at Bernard Baruch College.  Steve is also a trained mediator.  His interests include biking, snowboarding and running.

Mr. Berman received his J.D. degree from St. John’s Law School in 1975. He also received an M.B.A. degree from New York University, and is a C.P.A. He is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Tax Court.

Steve is a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He specializes in all aspects of estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates. Steve’s interests include politics, music and travel.

Marisa E. Gallin

Marisa received her J.D. degree in 2007 from Fordham University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts. Mary Ellen Reilly

Mary Ellen is a former law clerk of the Hon. Harold Beeler, a former matrimonial judge in New York County. She received her J.D. degree in 2005 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was the managing editor of the Cardozo Public Law Policy and Ethics Journal.
Mary Ellen is admitted to practice in the New York and New Jersey State Courts and is a member of the matrimonial law sections of the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association and the New York Women’s Bar Association.
